We believe that companies of this size are typically under respresented from a professional advisory perspective. The Company's are complex enough to require highly talented advisors, but too small to attract the larger bankers and law firms. We provides high level advice to these companies because we identify with the entrepreneurs that built them and want to provide them with the best possible advice for the largest transaction of the owner's lifetime.
Exiting a business is complex and must be handled with the utmost of care with a deep understanding of the motivations of buyers and sellers and the ability to bring those motivations together to create a successful transaction. There are only a few ways to successfully complete a deal, but a million ways to kill one.
